Great reflection! I agree that many of the topics that were discussed were saddening, but that really helped us open our eyes to the issues and learn what can be done.

I agree the course was formatted much differently than typical science courses we are used to, but having that difference, as you said, really allowed us to expand our knowledge and visions!

I totally agree that it is extremely difficult to have sugar within a healthy range. Along with limiting the amount people can purchase, declaring sugar as a drug can also make people view it more negatively, discouraging the consumption of it.
