Some people think Covid-19 is a event of natural selection to decrease the number of humans to reduce the burden on Earth. We can really see some wildlife activities restore during Covid-19 because humans did "nothing" to interrupt the natural wildlife.

I know of a place where some people saw a mountain for the first time during Covid-19 as air quality improved and visibility improved.

I envision a future that humans and wildlife will coexist on Earth, too.

Even if garbage sorting is mandatory in North America, the destination of plastic garbage is still landfill and burning. This is the plastic recycling system with "recyclable" labels printed in plastic bags believed by consumers.

I agree that plastic is so common, and even avoiding some unnecessary plastic is hard for me. Do you know how struggled for me to pass through the shop for bubble tea every time, and force myself to go away to avoid single-use bottles and straws? Even though there is some paper-made straw, the bottle is still single-used. I hope there is more plastic alternative in the future.

I agree with your actions. I always take several bags with me to prevent the situation that I suddenly want to buy some stuff and always take my water bottle to prevent I am thirsty. This is really hard because I still often forget, it is so inconvenient without single-use plastic, even if it is just a part of my life.

I am interested in the plastic alternative on your list. I hope in the future these alternatives would replace single-use plastic.

The knowledge of "recyclable" plastic, especially its destination should be a school lesson.

Rich people may not make a positive environmental impact, on the other hand, people with no property means they are no choice to say no, and they will do anything to gain more money, whether hurt the environment or not. The two extremes are both harmful. The entire social system, like the government, has more possibility to make a correct decision than one person.

Except for the technology issue, the battery of renewable energy-powered vehicles is also toxic. However, the messages are so messy that it is hard to recognize some benefits or harmful effects of renewable energy-powered vehicles are marketing schemes propagated by some companies or not.

It is my first time hearing the word greenwashing. At present, it is common to see what this company did for eco-friendly activities if you searched the introduction of some companies, but these activities may be exaggerated. I hope greenwashing is not just a PR or marketing scheme.

Hope that transparency and honesty would be more valuable in business.
